By submitting the pre‑Discovery Call and post‑Discovery Call forms, you agree to engage Conversion Vibe for landing‑page and funnel‑building services. This may include, but is not limited to, funnel design & strategy, landing‑page creation, copywriting, email automation setup, conversion‑rate optimization, and any related services we mutually agree upon.
The Discovery Call is a complimentary consultation aimed at understanding your business needs, objectives, and challenges. This session does not obligate either party to proceed with paid services.
Once we agree on the scope and deliverables, you will receive a written proposal outlining pricing and payment terms. An initial deposit (or full payment) may be required before work begins, as specified in that proposal.
You agree to provide Conversion Vibe with all necessary business information, brand assets, and system access (e.g., GoHighLevel account credentials, website backend login) in a timely manner to enable us to perform our services effectively.
We aim to deliver high‑quality work within the timeline we agree upon. Any delays on your end—such as late feedback, missing assets, or technical hurdles—may impact the project schedule and require a revised timeline.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information, business strategies, or other sensitive data shared during our collaboration.
Our proposals include a defined number of revision rounds for design, copy, and automation. Additional revisions outside that scope may incur extra fees at our standard hourly or project rates.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice. In the event of early termination, any payments already made are non‑refundable, and you will be responsible for the work completed up to the termination date.
Conversion Vibe is not liable for any business losses, revenue shortfalls, or legal claims arising from the use of funnels, landing pages, or strategies we develop. While we strive for optimal results, actual outcomes depend on many external factors beyond our control.
By proceeding with your Discovery Call and submitting the required forms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. A formal Service Agreement reflecting these terms will be provided for signature before any paid work begins.
